To put it on, gently fold the sleeve inside out, apply a small amount of water-based lubricant if desired, and place it over the shaft or toy. Pull the sleeve down until fully covered, then position the strap around the testicles or toy base.
Clean the enhancer inside and out before and after use with warm, soapy water or a compatible toy-cleaning fluid or foam. Allow it to dry completely before storage. Use only water-based lubricant.
